About

I went to counselling to address my own personal developmental needs and, experiencing the desired change, chose to study and become a counsellor. Coming to this career a little later in life, I have come to appreciate that it’s never too late or too soon to reflect on how we live if life isn’t satisfying us the way we think it could, and I believe that we all have the capacity to engage in a process of and effect enduring change.

My qualifications are:
- FdA Degree in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis Principles, Middlesex University, 2024.
- Certificate in Relational Couples Counselling, 2025.
- Childhood Sexual Abuse, 2025.
- Trauma and the Body, 2025.
- Bereavement Training, 2023.

These different ideas enable me to respectfully offer you a non-judgemental, confidential and thoughtful space in which to explore what’s going on for you.

I also hold a BA, an MA and a PGCE from a previous career.

Outside of counselling, I pursue creative interests through photography and music, and I like a decent cup of coffee.
